General Worker

1. Perform manual operation and machine operation efficiently based on the standard operating procedure (SOP) to produce maximum production output according to own section. 2. Follow and comply SOP to ensure work being done correctly to minimise defects and rejections. 3. Follow and comply SOP to ensure work being done safely to minimise accidents. 4. Follow superior's instruction to achieve daily target as a team. 5. Follow escalation procedure to report any abnormalities that will give a significant negative impact. 6. Must have ability to be cross trained to other processes. 7. Work and communicate closely with other department to ensure the operation smoothness. 8. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at workplace via performing proper housekeeping after work. 9. Minimise wastage of raw material, tools, consumable used. 10. Handle and operate machineries or tools in proper manner to prolong the lifetime. 11. Take care of company's assets, machinery and property. 12. Follow strictly adhere to all company policy and rules, respect and follow all safety rules. 13. Comply with any ad hoc request or new relevant duties from superior from time to time.
