Job Scopes 1. Channel Development and Management: - Identify and develop new channels, and establish and maintain good relationships with partners. - Evaluate and select suitable channels and partners for the company, and sign cooperation agreements with them. 2. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor situations, and customer needs. - Analyze the market situation, develop, and adjust channel strategies to increase market share. 3. Goal Management: - Set targets and monitor the completion of these targets. - Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback, and make timely adjustments to poorly performing channels. 4.
