Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor Job location : S & P Industries Sdn Bhd (675724-X) No. 16, Jalan Teknologi 3/1, Seksyen 3 Kota Damansara 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Job Responsibilities:- 1. Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, and managing inventory levels. Ensure the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse. 2. Ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. 3. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. 4. Checking Delivery Orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. 5. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. 6. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. 7. Communicating and coordinating with other departments. 8. Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures. 9. Escalates issues to superiors and recommends potential solutions. 10. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees. 11. To conduct stock take. 12. Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirements:- 1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in any or related discipline. 2. Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in manufacturing. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 5. Computer literate. 6. Able to drive forklift.
