QC INSPECTOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Inspects, test or measure incoming materials/components, sub assembly and finished goods which include fresh goods, returned items, reworks, new product Introduction (NPI) sample or other quality issue by confirming specifications, conducting visual, reliability test and measurement tests. 2) Record and documented inspection results by completing daily inspection records, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database for approval. This include collecting and compiling statistical quality data and monitoring data. 3) Checking that the whole process of making component, sub assembly or product adheres to standards, procedures and complying specification. Report it to QC leader or superior. 4) Reporting of quality problems and findings to superior and initiate the non-confirming items process. 5) Participate in quality improvement activities. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT 1) Education and Experience: - Minimum SPM. - Not required (training provided). 2) Skills: -A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. Good in language - writing and speaking. -Basic computer & inspection skills. 3) Training: -Any related to job function courses
