IT Director

1. Lead corporate IT, Business Development, & Sales Teams to support DPS, DPM, DPM-O&G. 2. Overseeing the implementation of new technology systems, managing technical problems, ensuring network security, and delegating tasks to the IT team. 3. Ensuring all parts of a company's IT infrastructure function effectively. 4. Works closely with other departments to ensure that technology supports the overall business objectives, and analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. 5. Staying up to date on technological advancements and contributing to the company’s strategic planning, and help to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 6. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management. 7. In charge of a team of IT managers/ Executive and manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. 8. Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software. 9. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency. 10. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management. 11. Control budget and report on expenditure. 12. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts. 13. Drive continual improvement projects. 14. Any tasks assigned by superior.
