Senior Creative Designer

We’re looking for a young and bold multi-disciplinary designer with various skillsets from design to photography to video related. The Responsibilities: • To design, execute, and adapt visuals according to the brief from various stakeholders. • Have a strong knowledge of design, including typography, layout, colour combinations and art direction. • Work closely with marketing, branding team and various stakeholders throughout the entire plan cycle, from ideation/conceptualization to strategy to execution to final output. • Provide leadership and mentoring junior designers with good guidance, feedback, and direction. • To keep up with design trends and stay up to date with current demographics behaviour. • Understanding art direction and translating briefs to visual. Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Requirements • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a graphic or multimedia environment • Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) • Knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction. • Experience with motion graphics, photography and video production is a plus point.
