Production Engineer

1. To generate Weekly Schedule for PU production according to Monthly Production Plan prepared by Manager to meet PIGs assembly plan or product delivery plan. 2. To generate Monthly Machining and PIGs Assembly Planning to meet product delivery plan. 3. To carry out daily pre-production meeting with production staff before daily production is carried out. 4. To observe and monitor daily PU production, in particular during dispensing of raw materials and during casting of new product, new material or casting using new mold. 5. To carry out review and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly, production performance and to identify trends and opportunities to take corrective and continuous improvement actions 6. To coordinate new mold testing activities with engineering & QC section. 7. To be responsible for the waste management of in-process manufacturing. 8. To prepare Procedures, Work Instructions and Checklists as required in manufacturing activities. 9. To be responsible on all production assets and maintenance and upkeep of those assets especially for all production machinery and mold. 10. To ensure the Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System is understood and communicated to the Supervisor, Dispenser, Production Operators and Helpers. 11. To ensure that all works are performed in accordance with the approved Procedures, Work Instructions and specifications. 12. To ensure all check lists and related records are completed, signed and recorded. 13. To ensure materials used are accordance to the agreed specifications. 14. Assist the HSE team & act as safety representative for EESB. 15. Perform any tasks and responsibilities as and when required.
