Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding for new hires, salary calculations and liaising with immigration for hiring foreign workers. -Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations. -Monthly OT calculation & salary preparation -Manage and update the organization's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. -Talent management & Retention -Responsible to issuance of HR letters, which includes Employment offer, Confirmation/Extension, Transfer, Promotion, Disciplinary, Termination & Acceptance of Resignation, etc and Memo to all employees or any HR related matters. -Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs -Responsible for foreign workers visa application, renewal and other issues. -Maintains and ensures all human resource information are kept confidential. Administrative Duties: -Responsible for the Office Administration, insurance renewal, stationery management, office system, equipment , proper filing & etc. -Manage Expenditure Accounts -Coordinate internal meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes Job Requirements:- Good in verbal and written communication skills. Good in organizational skills and attention to detail. Good in management skills to meet deadlines. Good in analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience. At least 6months of human resource management experience preferred.
