Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of our quality assurance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. They will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. A great Quality Manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Policies: Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for the company. Quality Control: Monitor and inspect all stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards. Compliance: Ensure products comply with all regulatory requirements and internal standards. Training and Development: Train and manage a team of quality assurance inspectors, and provide ongoing training to staff about quality issues. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on quality performance, and track metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback, implementing corrective actions as needed. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components, and perform supplier audits as necessary.
