Sales Application Engineer

• Assist Sales reps in assessing potential ability to meet customer’s needs and requirement • Provide technical supports and information (not limited to training) to customer’s sales representatives and customers • Prepare quotation and cost analysis as well as negotiating and closing sales with mutual terms and conditions • Review drawings, analyse design, and retrieve information to complete the drawings, layout, and/or design • Release projects to Production planner and factory representative for manufacturing process • Manage contractual modifications during projects to ensure project profitability • Process change order request made without negative or serious impacts towards production and shipment schedule • Identify business opportunities and establish while maintaining long term business relationship with existing and potential customer • To secure new projects and follow through on current projects in order to meet sales target • Provide customers feedback and information to factory for product development and continuous service improvement • Record and maintain customer data • Ad-hoc assignment from superior from time to time
