Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Services Intern to join our Business Process Optimization department, focusing on Human Resource Services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various teams, including Employee Data Administration, Payrolls, Report Automation, and Project Management, all while contributing to the optimization of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BPO Administration: Provide administrative support to the BPO team, including but not limited to preparing reports, attending daily meeting, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Process Optimization: Participate in projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems. Assist in analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Analytical skills and an interest in process improvement methodologies.
