Job Description :
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Manage to prepared minute meeting and proposal
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Maintain contact lists
Job Requirement :
- With minimum 1 Year experience working in Admin or similiar position in any industry.
- Aswer the telephone, relays messages, and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Responsible, teamwork and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
