The Global Partnerships Manager (Senior) is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth on a global scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of international markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.

Role and responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and lead generation.
  • Converting incoming leads and filtering prospects for our various business models (inbound sales).
  • Stakeholder management to complete onboarding process (client success).
  • Account management for existing partners, expanding new market and growth opportunities through creating proposals to strengthen partner relationships (key-account management).
  • Experience, research and analyse market trends, new market opportunities and tackle growth hurdles (strategy and growth projects).
  • Lead our corporate payment segment and work alongside product development team to further identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & requirements

  • Over 3 years of B2B/software sales/ payment model sales experience
  • Over 3 years of account management in fintech/payments/tech industry
  • Relevant growth/networking in the industry and familiar with regulatory/payment requirements
  • Relevant sales cycle, lead conversion track record/ account and partnership management experience
  • Experience in related industries like remittance, payment, financial services, client/personal banking, and Fintech, etc will be prioritized
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent, fluent in English (additional second language will be an advantage)
  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Meticulous with work, responsible, and great with project ownership (great time management and execution!)
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively, managerial experience preferred
  • Excited to grow and work in a fast pace environment with plenty of career opportunities
  • Malaysian (based in Malaysian office)
  • This role requires 60% of independent travel
