  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

1. Handling customer list & order processing order accurately on a daily basis in a timely manner.

2. Ensure the daily Save target target is achieved.

3. Keep track of the Daily customer list, Nova TR/SR status, Customer Order processing and resolve any issue with pending orders.

4. To provide accurate information / service with excellent telephone courtesy for all customer either sales or non-sales.

5. Gathering feedback from customers who have decided to cancel their subscriptions or contracts in order to understand the reasons behind their decision and identify areas for improvement.

6. Negotiating with customers who are considering leaving in order to offer them incentives, discounts, or alternative solutions to encourage them to stay.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

Education:
