Job Title: Content Manager - Medical Clinic (Johor Bahru)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager to join our medical clinic in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Additionally, the individual will serve as a live host for daily product promotions on various live platforms, as the clinic acts as an ambassador for a reputable health product company.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Scheduling:
• Develop and curate engaging content for daily postings on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Plan and schedule regular posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to create informative and relevant content.
• Live Hosting for Product Promotions:
• Conduct daily live sessions to promote and sell health products on various live platforms.
• Engage with the audience, address queries, and highlight product features during live sessions.
• Community Management:
• Moderate comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and reviews with a customer-centric approach.
• Foster a positive and supportive online community.
• Coordination with Health Product Company:
• Collaborate with the health product company to align content and promotions.
• Provide regular updates on social media performance and customer interactions.
• Monitoring and Analytics:
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Adjust content strategies based on performance data.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage emails, coordinate appointments, and assist in general administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Live Event Planning:
• Plan and organize live events or promotions to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align offline and online activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with live hosting and on-camera appearances.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily posting and live session requirements.
• Proficient in content creation tools and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of health and medical terminology is a plus.
• Possession of personal transportation.
• Flexible working hours from 10 am to 6 pm.
