Job Description
- To perform data entry of vendors payment, staff claim, inter-company payment, collection entries and AP/AR related transactions
- To perform promptly posting of payments and receipts journals into system and ensure documentation is collected in proper manner
- To perform bank reconciliation to ensure all bank transactions are captured appropriately in the accounts
- To reconcile statement of account from vendor to the payable aging report
- To reconcile customer receivable aging report
- To liaise with customers and vendors on invoice queries and payment schedule
- To prepare month end report and analysis
Job Requirement
- Candidate must at least possess a Diploma, preferably in Accounting
- Candidate with minimum 1 - 2 years of working experiences
Working hours: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm (Mon – Fri)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
