Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the mall's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create short-term and long-term marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts.

2. Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the mall's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Foster relationships with retailers to align their brand objectives with the mall's branding strategy.

3. Digital and Traditional Marketing:

  • Drive online and offline marketing efforts, including digital advertising, social media marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, events, print, radio, and television advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.

4. Public Relations and Media Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage public relations activities to enhance the mall's visibility and reputation.
  • Handle crisis communications effectively and manage the mall's response to any public relations challenges.

5. Events and Promotions:

  • Plan, execute, and promote events, seasonal campaigns, sales, and special promotions to attract visitors to the mall and create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Collaborate with tenants and partners to develop joint promotional activities that benefit both the mall and individual retailers.

6. Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience within the mall, ensuring visitors are engaged and satisfied with their shopping and entertainment experience.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and use customer insights to make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction.

7. Collaboration and Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the mall to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Support leasing team by designing attractive business proposal that is align with our brand image.

8. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Use insights from data analysis to refine marketing strategies and optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
