Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and help with data entry into HR systems with accuracy.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Assist with HR communications, drafting memos, and sending out company announcements.
- Participate in HR projects, such as employee feedback surveys, training programs, and policy updates.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
- Provide support in maintaining compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a diploma and degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
