Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain employee records and help with data entry into HR systems with accuracy.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Assist with HR communications, drafting memos, and sending out company announcements.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee feedback surveys, training programs, and policy updates.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
  • Provide support in maintaining compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma and degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
