Job Responsibilities :
1. Be the main communicator between in-house designers and clients by providing an accurate service to meet their work flow and requirements.
2. Prepare quotations, check through documentations and artworks before submitting to clients in a set-out timeline.
3. Keep clients updated on the progress of each enquiry, quotation and etc while responding to their concerns and feedback promptly.
4. Assist in any other duties if necessary.
Qualifications :
1. Must have strong communication skill and be proficient in spoken and written English.
2. Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word & Excel, Outlook experience.
3. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
6. Able to work overtime on weekend as and when needed
- Salary shall commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
