Requirements
- Available to join on immediately

- Must possess at least Diploma and above
- MBBS holder are welcome
Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries over the Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel
- Obtain all necessary information
- Checking the availability, arranging appointments and scheduling accordingly
- Provide accurate information (medical-related)
- Assist customers with essential guidance and accurate information
Working timing
- Monday to Sunday
- 5 Working days (2 Off days)
- 8 Working hours
- Rotational shift
Salary Package
- Base pay: RM2700.00
- KPI allowance: up to RM500.00/month
- Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month
