SOP Creation, Revision, and Adherence · Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy operations to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements. · Ensure SOPs are clearly documented, accessible to relevant team members, and effectively communicated throughout the organization. · Monitor adherence to SOPs across pharmacy operations, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
Audit Planning and Execution · Develop and conduct comprehensive audits of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription processing and compliance with regulations. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, assessing the effectiveness of controls, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
CCTV Monitoring · Oversee and review CCTV monitoring at pharmacy outlets to ensure security and compliance with operational procedures. · Use CCTV footage to investigate incidents, identify discrepancies, and support internal audits. · Evaluate and recommend improvements to pharmacy processes and practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
