Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, eye-catching packaging that aligns with our brand vision and enhances product appeal. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design packaging solutions for skincare products that reflect brand identity and product attributes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, Quality Control) to ensure packaging meets design, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare design layouts, 3D mock-ups, and specifications for new and existing products.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor packaging trends to drive innovation.
• Work closely with suppliers to source materials and oversee prototype and production phases.
• Ensure all packaging designs adhere to quality standards and are cost-effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of materials, print production, and sustainability practices in packaging.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for branding and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,355.08 - RM3,650.84 per month
