Check, verify and record incoming and outgoing goods (e.g. quantities, descriptions, conditions, seal number, container number, etc.).
Update inventory record accurately by using computerized or manual systems.
Perform regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies.
Label, tag and wrap goods for loading.
Perform staging goods.
Ensure proper documentations of incoming and outgoing processes (e.g. DO, picking list, stuffing list, etc.).
Standby container for stuffing and update details into the system (local delivery & export).
Inspect condition of container (inside & outside).
Inspect condition of goods before stuffing into container (e.g. pallet, fungus, black pallet, dirty/scratch bags, etc.).
Maintain and prepare required materials for export (e.g. PE bags, tape, lashing, paper board, slip sheet, chocking woods, airbags, etc.).
Ensure the contamination zone free from unnecessary objects.
Maintain the toolboxes with sufficient items.
Assist and attend fumigation process.
Involve in stock count activities.
Report discrepancies, damage on goods or other problems to PIC immediately.
Comply with work procedures, policies, health and safety rules and regulations.
Perform routine inspection of the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
