Requirements:-

Set up and calibrate press brakes or bending machines according to job specifications. Select, install, and maintain appropriate tooling (dies, punches, etc.) for different jobs.
Read and understand technical drawings, and work orders to determine correct dimensions, tolerances, and material types.
Interpret bending requirements, such as angles, radii, and lengths, and ensure accurate formation of parts.
Measure and inspect finished parts using callipers, protractors, and other precision measurement tools to ensure conformance with specifications.
Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks to maintain quality throughout production runs.
Maintain tooling inventory and ensure proper storage and handling.
Troubleshoot machine issues such as misalignment, improper bends, or tooling malfunctions.
Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and hearing protection.
Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize safety hazards.
Work closely with team members, including welders, machinists, and supervisors, to coordinate workflow and ensure production deadlines are met.
Communicate any issues related to production, quality, or machinery to supervisors promptly.
