Job Description:

  • Filing and Documentation: Organizing and maintaining purchase records and relevant documents.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders (POs): Preparing and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Sourcing New Suppliers and Price Enquiries: Identifying potential suppliers and requesting price quotations for materials and products.
  • Purchase Order Management: Monitoring and managing POs from issuance to delivery, confirming receipt of items and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Liaising with Internal Teams: Coordinating with various internal departments to resolve any purchasing-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Record Keeping and Labelling: Maintaining accurate inventory records and labelling items for easy identification.
  • Handling Sample Requests and Labelling: Requesting samples from suppliers, tracking their arrival, and labelling them for internal review.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
