Job Description:
- Filing and Documentation: Organizing and maintaining purchase records and relevant documents.
- Issuing Purchase Orders (POs): Preparing and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sourcing New Suppliers and Price Enquiries: Identifying potential suppliers and requesting price quotations for materials and products.
- Purchase Order Management: Monitoring and managing POs from issuance to delivery, confirming receipt of items and addressing any issues that arise.
- Liaising with Internal Teams: Coordinating with various internal departments to resolve any purchasing-related issues or discrepancies.
- Inventory Record Keeping and Labelling: Maintaining accurate inventory records and labelling items for easy identification.
- Handling Sample Requests and Labelling: Requesting samples from suppliers, tracking their arrival, and labelling them for internal review.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
