· Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person. Assist users in resolving technical problems and ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
· Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software, ensuring all systems are up to date and functioning efficiently.
· Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system. Help create and update user manuals and technical documentation.
· Support the training of staff and interns on basic IT procedures and the use of software applications, promoting best practices for technology use.
· Assist with managing IT inventory, including tracking equipment, software licenses, and supplies.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM500.00 per month
