You will be responsible for :

  • send and receive correspondences, filing documents, opening & closing of the office.
  • Taking calls, following up, arranging appointments, and entering events into the calendar.
  • issuing invoices and follow up on payment, arrange bills, and issue receipts on payment.
  • Working Experience in legal firm - handling Conveyancing Matter especially dealing with developers and banks.
  • Customer service- follow up on the customer.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Ideal Profile

  • Graduated with at least a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detailed, responsible, and accountable.
  • Computer and Microsoft Office- Word and Excel literate.
  • Two - three years working experience in handling SME loan and Consumer Loan and able to do both sub-sale and developer's project. Must be a team player and willing to learn new things and skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
