Job Summary

  • Handles outbound prospects or customer inquiries or concerns and uses company resources and contact center policies and procedures to provide complete, accurate responses.
  • Uses contact center technologies and follows processes in accordance with contact center standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.

General Responsibilities

  • Influences customers to buy or retain (new) products or services based on sales history analysis.
  • Create product/brands awareness to both current buyers and new outlets (which have not bought yet)
  • Make an outbound call and reach customers with other modes of communication (email & WhatsApp).
  • Documents transactions by completing call requests and record logs.
  • Maintain customer relationships and understanding of customer demand & market insight.
  • Complete orders via the SAP system during outbound calls and contact with customers.
  • Follow superior’s instruction to complete service requirements and strive to achieve set target; Notify superior of needed supports.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; and reporting if needed.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in call center environment, preferably in healthcare industry.
