Leadership and Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise dealership staff across all departments.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Financial Oversight:
Manage dealership budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels.
Customer Relationship Management:
Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Implement programs to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.
Maintain high standards of operation, including showroom appearance and service quality.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on dealership performance to upper management.
Analyze metrics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in automotive sales and management (3-5 years minimum).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
Proficiency in dealership management software and MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
