Marketing Internship

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Assist in monitoring social media metrics and providing insights on engagement and growth.

Content Creation

• Create written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Assist with the design of marketing materials, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and guidelines.

Market Research

• Conduct research on current market trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
• Compile findings into reports that will inform marketing strategies and content plans.
• Identify new opportunities for reaching target audiences.

Campaign Support

• Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and email marketing.
• Support marketing team members in analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement.

SEO and Website Support

• Assist in optimizing content for search engines to improve website traffic and search visibility.
• Support website updates, such as publishing blog posts and updating product descriptions.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to provide data-driven recommendations.

Event and Promotion Coordination

• Support planning, coordination, and promotion of events, webinars, or product launches.
• Assist with the creation of promotional materials, such as email invitations, banners, and social posts.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
