Job Description:
Upstream BPO is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Indonesian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Indonesian -speaking clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience.
- Assist in translating documents and communication materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
- Vocational school degree or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of over 60 characters/words service/target language per minute
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
