Job Description:

Upstream BPO is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Indonesian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Indonesian -speaking clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience.
  • Assist in translating documents and communication materials as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Vocational school degree or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of over 60 characters/words service/target language per minute
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
