Responsibilities:
- To process routine parts order from service technicians for collection
- To process external customer spare parts order and delivery order
- To prepare purchase request based upon spare parts needs and submit to appropriate vendors/purchasing department
- To maintain appropriate service department stock inventory records.
- To maintain an organized filing system for all pending purchase orders and Service Technician’s incomplete parts orders
- To support and contribute in the meetings.
- To assist in quarterly/yearly parts inventory stock count
- To be responsible for processing of Delivery Order (DO)/ Service Order (SO).
- To handle any other assignment that may be assigned to you by superior
- Working Location: Seksyen 51, Petaling Jaya
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM or related field/ equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills, patient and has strong passion for customer service.
