  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities:

  • To process routine parts order from service technicians for collection
  • To process external customer spare parts order and delivery order
  • To prepare purchase request based upon spare parts needs and submit to appropriate vendors/purchasing department
  • To maintain appropriate service department stock inventory records.
  • To maintain an organized filing system for all pending purchase orders and Service Technician’s incomplete parts orders
  • To support and contribute in the meetings.
  • To assist in quarterly/yearly parts inventory stock count
  • To be responsible for processing of Delivery Order (DO)/ Service Order (SO).
  • To handle any other assignment that may be assigned to you by superior
  • Working Location: Seksyen 51, Petaling Jaya

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM or related field/ equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patient and has strong passion for customer service.
