  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: Postdoctoral Researcher in Nanomaterials and Wastewater Treatment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • PhD holder (graduated in 2019 or later)
  • Minimum publication record:
  • Malaysian candidates: At least 4 WOS-indexed papers (2021-present)
  • Non-Malaysian candidates: At least 6 WOS-indexed papers (2021-present)
  • Strong background in nanomaterials synthesis and wastewater treatment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: RM 5,000 per month (12-month contract)
  • 25 days of annual leave
  • Medical benefits at UKM Medical Centre
  • VISA support and return flight ticket for non-Malaysian candidates

Performance Target:

  • Publish 2 Q1-ranked or 5 WOS-indexed papers within 1 year
  • Performance bonuses for additional publications:
  • Q1 paper: RM 1,000
  • Q2 paper: RM 800
  • WOS paper: RM 300

Project Overview: Research focused on the synthesis of graphene-based nanomaterials for applications in wastewater treatment and pollutant removal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent research aligned with the project’s objectives
  • Prepare and write research articles related to the project findings
  • Assist the supervisor in mentoring and guiding postgraduate students

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
