- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign efficiency and drive better results.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future strategies.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the live host team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives and develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Develop marketing materials and initiatives that support the live host team’s objectives, including social media promotions and platform advertisements.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitors’ strategies to keep our brand competitive.
- Identify new growth opportunities and present actionable recommendations to enhance digital presence on e-commerce platforms.
Job specification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, particularly on e-commerce platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or similar.
- Background in sales and marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends and e-commerce consumer behavior.
- Income: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000
- Working days: 5 days per week
- Working hours: 8am - 6pm with 1 hour break
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
