JOB DESCRIPTION
-Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-SPM/SKM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply.
-You are required to work on rotational shifts.
-Problem solvers and ability to perform under high paced working environment.
-Age Group: 18-55 years old
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Answering customer and client questions.
-Handling customer concerns and complaints from client.
-Resolving customer issues.
-Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is positive
-Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
-Communicating with customers via phone, mail and live chat
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
