Our client is the world's largest manufacturer of aircraft landing and braking systems. Their expertise covers the entire life cycle of its products from design and manufacturing to maintenance and repair.
The HR & Administration Specialist serves as a key contact for Total Rewards, Learning & Development and overall HR administration within the organization. This role is responsible for managing employee payroll processing, attendance and leave management to ensure accurate payroll practices. In the Learning & Development space, this position handles training records, budgets and program planning, coordinating annual training plans and overseeing mandatory training completion. Additionally, the specialist will maintain employee records, support office operations and participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Remuneration
RM 4,000 - 6,000 based on work experience
Responsibilities
- Total Rewards & Payroll Management: Act as the main point for Compensation and Benefits by performing payroll processing, claims, leave, attendance and ensuring compliance
- Learning & Development: Manage and track employee training, budgets and reporting by ensuring the annual training plan and targets are met while maintaining in-house training resources
- HR & Office Administration: Maintain employee records, handle HR paperwork and manage general office operations, supplies and facility needs
- HR Policies, Compliance & Recruitment: Develop and enforce HR policies, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Employee Engagement & Special Projects: Facilitate employee engagement activities and promote adherence to health, safety, ethics and environmental policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 3 years of experience across various HR functions such as Payroll and Learning & Development
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations including the Employment Act and Occupational Safety & Health laws
- Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel (including VBA macros) and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
