  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Work cross-functionally with Buyer, Designer & Product Development team especially for development of fabric/trading product in alignment with sourcing, recommendation, cost control and lead-time fulfillment strategy with quality adheres to SK fabric specification and standard.

Job Description

  • Leverage and follow through network and contact with external stakeholders which facilitate obtaining information on material and technologies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders i.e. buyer, product development and design team to identify or develop innovative material which facilitates development of problem solving products.
  • Implement material identification strategies and action plans.
  • Propose relevant technologies on material to be adopted in product development.
  • Ensure that all materials sourced and purchased strictly adheres to SK Fabric Specification and Standard.
  • Ensure new fabric/laces/accessories go through fabric testing, been documented and stored accordingly.
  • Maintaining database on approval material; involve Management, product development and design team.

Requirement

  • Degree in Textile Technology or any related field.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Passion for product / material.
  • Knowledge in fabric and technologies in Apparel industry.
  • Networking skills with external stakeholders with relevant information.
  • Negotiation skills with vendors to get the best pricing.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
