We are seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join our team and play a key role in developing visually compelling content for both paid and organic social media marketing. This position involves close collaboration with the design and marketing teams to create high-impact visual assets that resonate with our audience and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality assets for a variety of paid and organic marketing initiatives, including promotional materials, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, and print collateral.
- Develop and refine creative content for paid ad campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure all marketing’s creative content aligns with Vertical Institute’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to support advertising and social media goals, creating compelling assets that cater to target audiences and marketing objectives.
- Design visual elements such as icons, typography, and illustrations for digital campaigns, ensuring they are adaptable for various formats and platforms.
- Stay current with design trends to continually enhance the aesthetic and effectiveness of our static visual content.
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives by developing design templates, brand kits, and visual frameworks for efficient content creation.
- Experiment with new design techniques and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices to continuously improve the visual impact of our brand materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing designs across social media, advertising, and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms, with experience creating effective static visuals and simple animated creatives for paid ads and organic social media.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience in brand design and the ability to implement cohesive visual guidelines across various channels
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including color theory, layout, typography, and composition, particularly for multi-platform adaptability.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
