Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data on leaves, attendance, and other payroll elements.
- Support the recruitment process and organizing training programs for employees when needed.
- Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies as needed.
- Organize, store, and manage company documents and records effectively.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a diploma in HR Management or other business-related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Able to communicate in both Mandarin, English and Bahasa.
- Prior experiences in logistics industry is much preferred.
