- This position is concerned with supervising and monitoring the work of all Public Area Attendants according to set standards.
- Allocate daily assignments to Public Area Attendants.
- Takes charge of the day to day running of the Public Areas.
- Ensures that the surrounding landscape and plants (potted or not) are well maintained by Gardeners.
- Read and update the logbook on job that need to be followed up.
- Inspects public restrooms, lobby, hotel’s surrounding, all functions rooms, all Food and Beverage outlets, offices and back of the house and those areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Conduct on the job skill training to Attendants time by time, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Determine the need for shampooing, spring cleaning, polishing or other cleaning needed in all areas.
- Supervise that all staff are carrying out their jobs according to schedule and ensure cleanliness to the highest standard.
- Must be well informed about all the jobs which are carried out by the Public Area Attendants.
- Be responsible for the proper handling and control of all housekeeping cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Check on cleanliness of working tools and equipment.
- Ensure that all team members know the proper usage of chemicals.
- Knowledge of safety requirement on operating of various machines.
- Reports defects to Engineering department and follow up to ensure job is done.
- Represent as an active team player with “hands-on” approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
