Scope of Work
Here are the key roles and responsibilities of the Locker Dispatcher:
- The dispatcher provides education, explanations, and promotes the Food Locker.
- The dispatcher guides the DAX Eater to the locker location for food delivery.
- The dispatcher plays a pivotal role in resolving any issues during delivery, these issues might include routing problems, locker malfunctions, or other delivery-related matters.
- The dispatcher monitors the delivery process to ensure timely delivery. Post food placement in the locker, the dispatcher assists the customer.
Requirements for Locker Dispatcher:
- This is to work 5 days per week, 8 hours a day and weekend off. However, this might be subject to change based on operational needs.
- Typical working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, particularly during the peak food booking times (lunch hours). This could also change depending on operational demands. - Off weekend, only require to work Monday to Friday
Attire:
- Recommended attire is neat/casual clothing or attire if available. This ensures that you will be easily recognized by customers and colleagues.
Training:
- Training on work systems and procedures, including how to use the app and other devices, will be provided.
- We need candidates that able to commit for 1 month only.
- Salary offer for this role (1 month) - RM3,300
- Location - First Avenue, Damansara
