Requirement

  • Malaysian
  • Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or Bachelor Degree in Account/ Finance
  • Possess own transportation with active driving license
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in related field
  • Prior experience in other account/finance operations and knowledge will be added value
  • Profession in Excel and other reporting writing tool
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both written and verbal
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and databases
  • Assist with reconciling bank statements and accounts
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries
  • Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
