  • Develop, implement and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • To conduct tool box meeting, regular safety inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Prepare for daily inspection report, weekly report and monthly report.
  • Conducting a safety and health meeting on site project.
  • To liaise with the relevant authorities to promptly resolve any site issues, creating analytical reports of safety data.
  • Responsible in audit & inspection.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and conduct HSE activities, training and program.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and relevant government officials (e.g.: DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN & CIDB) to identify and resolve health, safety and environment issues.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior/management as and when required.
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in OSHA.
  • Possess a Valid Yellow Book Holder (Site Safety Supervisor) or a Valid Green Book Holder (Safety and Health Officer) and registered with DOSH/NIOSH.
  • Active Oil & Gas Safe Passport (OGSP).
  • At least 3 years of HSE experiences in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries (preferred) or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge in ISO requirements.
  • Analytical and enquiring mind.
  • Energetic with a “Can do” attitude.
  • Disciplined and team player.
  • Good written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to travel (Malaysia/Overseas).
