Customer Service Representative

Working with an industry market leader and alongside a highly dedicated team, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for promotion and sale of Crown's Overhaul trucks, HD Battery and Preventative Maintenance Program services.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Pro-actively seek out sales opportunities in our overhaul trucks and HD battery.
• Work closely with area supervisor to ensure all repair jobs are promptly carried out in accordance with quotation terms and conditions.
• Work closely with suppliers on pricing, stock availability of battery to ensure satisfactory completion of sales with customer.
• To be actively involved in generating new PMP sales by visiting customers on a regular basis to promote Crown PMP and ensure customers are aware of all products and services offered.
• To resolve all issues pertaining to job card coding, chargeable labor, estimates/completed quotation and to obtain PO from customers.
• Follow-up on renewal contracts with existing customers and to pro-actively pursue for new leads/ businesses in our products and services/programs for new sales.
• Responsible for updating and reporting to Service Management on all sales orders/movements.
• To perform standby duty weekly to support our technicians and customers after office hours.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 2 – 4 years hands-on experience in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services and Customer Service
• Preferably Junior Executive
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
