  • Issue Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Refund Note, ensure regular invoices are prepared and delivered timely and accurately
  • Verification and Reconciliation of Supplier Invoices which requires good analytical and Excel skills
  • Issue and escalate to relevant Suppliers with regards to Dispute on Billing matters
  • Analyze and Support Credit Collections, Credit Assessment and escalated matters and Correspondences on SOA matters
  • Issue invoices for inter-company transactions and perform inter-company transaction checking
  • Meet periodic, monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines and ensure accuracy and data integrity of all financial data
  • General Administrative Tasks such as Filing, Controlling, Recording and Maintaining of Documents
  • Assists in ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by Management
  • Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate
  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin averagely
