Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and available.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the Managing Director/CEO.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Managing Director/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing communications, including emails, reports, and correspondence.
- Participate in the planning and preparation of departmental budgets and expenditures.
- Support the Managing Director/CEO with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the executive office and streamlining of processes and procedures.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
