- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and RM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
