Customer Service Executive
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include: Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Weekends Work From Home) Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Experienced in handling Inbound and Outbound calls, Live Chat and Email.
- Willing to work for 6 days a week.
- Willing to work on rotational shift.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and BM.
- Having experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
