As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:

  • Provide service and solve clients' problems through Call / Live Chat / Mail and other channels.
  • Expert knowledge in the company's service procedures and standards (pickup, delivery and other services).
  • Respond to various customer's questions and complaint accurately, concisely, efficiently and friendly.
  • Provide first-class service to make every high-quality customer satisfied.
  • Build a professional, efficient, responsible and trustworthy company image for customers with considerate, considerate and efficient service consistently organized.

    Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Weekends Work From Home)

    Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Experienced in handling Inbound and Outbound calls, Live Chat and Email.
  • Willing to work for 6 days a week.
  • Willing to work on rotational shift.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and BM.
  • Having experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
