Marketing Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Plans: Create strategies that align with business objectives and measurable KPIs.
- Omni-Channel Integration: Lead the implementation of the Omni-Channel solution, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of all marketing channels.
- ROI Measurement: Use Zoho CRM to track leads and campaign results, analyzing ROI by incorporating real-time data on costs and outcomes.
Brand Consistency & Standardization:
- Logo Profiling & Brand Guidelines: Ensure standardized usage of company logos, fonts, and colors across all departments and regions.
- Template Development: Create and maintain standardized templates for presentations, banners, and marketing materials, ensuring a unified corporate identity.
- Thematic Templates: Collaborate with management to align marketing materials with yearly themes, mottos, or slogans, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
Data-Driven Marketing:
- Analyze Marketing Data: Leverage Zoho CRM, social media analytics, and other tools to make informed decisions, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing efforts.
- Campaign Analysis: Provide detailed reports on event and campaign performance, suggesting improvements to drive engagement and lead generation.
Content Creation & Management:
- Supervise Content Development: Oversee the production of digital and offline content (blogs, social media posts, videos) aligned with product promotions and company messaging.
- Ensure SEO Optimization: Drive SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic across platforms.
Event & Campaign Management:
- Plan & Organize Events: Lead the execution of online and offline events, ensuring they align with marketing goals and effectively generate leads.
- Measure Event Impact: Use Zoho CRM to measure the effectiveness and ROI of events and campaigns, ensuring continuous improvements.
Team Leadership:
- Lead & Mentor the Team: Provide leadership to the junior marketing team, guiding their development and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Success Metrics:
- Achieving targeted lead generation and campaign ROI.
- Effective Omni-Channel utilization for integrated marketing efforts.
- Improvement in engagement metrics (social media, events) and increased website traffic through optimized SEO.
- Leadership in mentoring and developing the marketing team, contributing to an enhanced team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Tools: Proficiency in Zoho CRM, digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media tools.
- Skills: Strong communication, strategic planning, and data analysis skills, with an ability to present insights to key stakeholders.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with the RevOps division's business goals. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, utilizing tools like Zoho CRM to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and streamline the lead funnel. The Marketing Manager will drive the Omni-Channel platform to consolidate marketing funnels, manage social media, work closely with the vendors to optimize SEO and organize marketing events. You will also oversee content creation and lead a small marketing team, ensuring team members are well-guided and contributing to revenue growth.
