Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in ensuring the overall profitability and operational success of the outlet. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all standards and procedures are adhered to. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, operational skills, and a commitment to high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or similar role in the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Familiarity with cash handling, financial processes, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Understanding of food safety regulations and health standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in managing or supervising within a food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
